What We're Looking For

2+ years experience in tech recruitment? Check.
Love generating new business? You're the person who gets a buzz from building client relationships and sealing the deal.
Passionate about the tech sector? You're naturally curious about the people behind the latest tech innovations.

What You'll Be Doing

You already know recruitment isn't a 9-to-5 desk job—it's a dynamic, fast-paced career where no two days are the same. Here's what you'll be sinking your teeth into:

Building Relationships: Identify high-growth prospects, open up new accounts, and drive new business.
Sourcing Top Talent: Market mapping, proactive outreach, and screening A-grade candidates who are ready for their next big career move.
Social Selling: Establish your niche in the tech world through social media presence and thought leadership.
Pipeline Management: Stay on top of your candidates and clients, ensuring smooth processes and great outcomes.
Supporting Directors: Play a crucial role in bulk sourcing and key projects.
Client Visits: Get out there and meet the people driving the tech industry forward.
