Activity Management:
  • Support the team in achieving income and sales targets by managing renewal lists and mid-term adjustments.
  • Provide support to the team and clients.
  • Manage renewals within required timelines.
  • Follow agreed processes in all matters.
  • Manage aged debt and premium collection.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Relationship Management:
