Reporting To: Director of Sales & Marketing, Trigon Hotels

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for implementing the company's digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves managing online brand presence, increasing awareness, and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Oversight:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive revenue across all streams.
    • Align initiatives with business goals and optimize ROI.
    • Identify industry trends and represent Trigon Hotels at industry events.
  2. Performance Management:
    • Manage booking engine and optimize conversion rates.
    • Set and monitor KPIs for growth and revenue.
    • Analyze digital performance metrics and conduct website audits.
  3. Content and Brand Management:
    • Oversee website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Coordinate with the Brand & Communication Manager on branding and collateral.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns.
  4. Agency and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with PPC and website agencies.
    • Evaluate online advertising programs.
    • Work with internal teams to leverage digital opportunities.
  5. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies.
    • Monitor social media performance and manage online reputation.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive.
    • Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Manage digital marketing budget effectively.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency and ROI improvements.
Position Requirements
  • Recognized qualification in Digital Marketing or related field (e.g., Digital Marketing Institute).
  • At least five years' experience in digital marketing within hospitality or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in website management, analytics, and newsletter CRM tools.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, AdobePro, Jira, Basecamp, and Google Analytics.
