Role OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic individuals in the UK to provide remote customer support for our clients. As a Travel Customer Support Representative, you will answer inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure clients have a smooth planning experience.
Responsibilities- Respond to client questions via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Support travel bookings for holidays, flights, resorts, and cruises.
- Provide friendly, professional service throughout the client journey.
- Research and present travel options tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain client records accurately and securely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Must be 18+ with internet access and a computer.
