Role Overview

As a key member of our Threat Detection & Surveillance Unit, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and escalating potential threats using both digital and on-the-ground surveillance methods. This role is suited to those with a passion for intelligence operations, who can operate independently under pressure, maintain a low profile, and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct covert surveillance operations in line with assignment objectives.
  • Gather, monitor, and report OSINT and HUMINT intelligence using approved tools and techniques.
  • Identify and escalate real-time threats to life, property, or business continuity.
  • Maintain a discreet presence while observing and reporting unusual activities or security breaches.
  • Prepare clear and concise daily/weekly intelligence reports and incident summaries.
  • Operate surveillance equipment and secure communication tools as per protocol.
  • Ensure site-specific procedures and client directives are followed diligently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders while adhering to NDA obligations.
  • Uphold all internal policies regarding information security, confidentiality, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A high level of personal integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google platforms; experience with intelligence tools/software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Military, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Services is highly desirable.
  • Must be willing to sign and adhere to strict non-disclosure agreements.
  • Smart casual dress required for all operational duties to support covert presentation.
  • Flexibility for occasional off-site assignments or events outside of standard hours.
