Cpl Healthcare has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader.

Our client is a large public organisation employing in excess of 5,000 people, delivering a range of complex protection, care, support and regulatory functions including child protection, regulatory and family support services.

The role of National Director of Services & Integration is a key post within the Executive Management Structure of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing overall operations within the service working collaboratively with the Executive Management Team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for its service users.

To be considered for the role, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a professional qualification (third level) in a health, social care and/or management related discipline.
  • Have 5 years' senior management experience in an organisation of comparable scale and complexity.
  • Have demonstrated experience of planning, operational excellence and managing in a complex environment.
  • Have demonstrated operational management experience in delivering health or personal social services at a scale relevant to the requirements of this role.
  • Have a knowledge (or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire same) of the workings and context of a public service organisation in Ireland and its responsibilities.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.

This is a permanent fulltime position offering a salary reflective of the seniority of the post.
