What you need to know:
Our client, a reputable and growing construction company based in County Longford, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a permanent basis.

Your New Job:
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of carpentry tasks on various sites across Longford and surrounding areas. The role includes both structural and finish work, contributing to the completion of high-standard construction projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out first and second fix carpentry, including stud work, roofing, door hanging, window installation, skirting, architraves, and flooring.

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.

  • Work with other tradespeople and site personnel to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures on site.

  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail at all times.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Full driving licence (preferred).

  • Own tools.
