We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company specializing in roads, bridges, marine works, public realms, and other infrastructure projects. The role offers hands-on experience across diverse civil engineering projects and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, marine structures, and public realm developments.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Support in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all project phases.
  • Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and emerging technologies in civil engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards is an advantage.
