Credit Controller (Temporary)Are you a seasoned temporary credit controller? Could you seamlessly step into a well-run finance department for two months and pick up the outstanding debt with long-standing, decent customers?
About the companyUppercross Enterprises Limited (UEL) is a successful, family-run business that has supplied high-quality plumbing fittings and heating products through the Irish Builders' Merchant, Wholesale Plumbing, and Bathroom Showroom channels since 1983. They also have the Niko Bathroom showroom, all based in Tallaght, Dublin. Being an established brand, with a strong reputation for customer care, they have an excellent relationship with their sellers' network throughout Ireland.
About the jobUEL's full-time credit controller will be on extended leave for 2 months, so they need an experienced credit controller who can quickly onboard with UEL's systems and processes and start engaging with overdue accounts. In addition to managing debtor accounts, you'll produce weekly reports for management. Ideally, you'll have experience using Intact Software or a similar ERP system.
You'll be supported by the Accounts Manager at the outset and expected to get up to speed quickly. They would like to hire someone who can work full-time but would consider a part-time option.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Friday finish at 3:00 pm to beat the traffic and enjoy the weekend.

Responsibilities- Manage debtor accounts and monitor aged receivables.
- Produce weekly management reports on accounts and cashflow.
- Onboard quickly with UEL's systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Manager and finance team to resolve outstanding items.
- Proven experience as a credit controller or in a similar role.
- Ability to onboard quickly with ERP systems (experience with Intact Software or similar preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
