We are looking for a reliable on-call mechanic to join our team covering the Leinster area. This role involves responding to call outs and breakdowns only.
Work hours: 30 hours a week, 5 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Pay: Full-time pay (40 hours based on a 30-hour week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to on-call maintenance and repair needs
- Performing diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance on various vehicles
- Conducting thorough inspections to determine the condition of different parts, from engines to exhaust systems
- Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work meet or exceed regulatory standards
- Maintaining accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle issues and potential repairs
