Overview

We're looking for a Cloud Security Compliance Analyst with deep cloud security expertise and the ability to think beyond checklists. This role is about applying knowledge to complex scenarios, shaping cloud security strategies, and bridging the gap between compliance and engineering.

What you'll do
  • Lead security and compliance initiatives across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Assess and design security controls and frameworks, closing gaps before they become risks.
  • Apply regulatory knowledge (e.g. NIS2) into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and compliance teams to strengthen cloud security posture.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in information security, with hands-on cloud security expertise.
  • Strong GRC background with proven experience at scale.
  • Ability to think critically and work through scenarios, not just implement predefined solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset – confident pulling insights from multiple sources.
  • CREST or similar certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Naturally curious, self-driven, and able to challenge and influence stakeholders.
