We work with global brands and attractions to deliver design-led, high-quality, and commercially successful branded products—from concept to delivery.

Role Overview:

·We are seeking an IT/ ERP Consultant to act as the first point of contact for escalation of internal IT support and work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR to align IT with business needs

· Monitoring, evaluation and improvement of our ERP and other integrated and standalone software systems, data, and processes; as well as overseeing our IT hardware infrastructure, in conjunction with our IT support partners and internal staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the service received from our selected IT support partners to ensure excellent availability of IT services for all employees
  • Collaborate in operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation & planning projects to align IT with business needs
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems and software on a day-to-day basis

·Manage communication with external IT vendors and consultants to ensure smooth service delivery.

·Monitor IT security, data integrity, and backup systems.

·Support future digital initiatives that enhance productivity and scalability

  • To provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system use in the business and identify opportunities for efficiency and business process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

·3+ years of experience in a similar IT leadership or consulting role

·Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP system is essential

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

·Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

·A 'hands on' and practical approach, acting strategically whilst leading and directing on execution and implementation

·Experience working in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or supply chain environments.

·Project Management Certification or experience a plus.

  • Solid understanding of developing and implementing solutions for ERP business processes, including production, finance, warehousing, distribution, intercompany and supply chain
  • Any experience with website e-commerce integration, warehouse management systems, Marketing, CRM, SharePoint and Power BI
  • Any primary IT system skills will be appreciated
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
