Job Title: Receptionist / Switchboard Operator

Location: Limerick (Ballysimon Road area)

Contract: Temporary 4 Week Contract

Salary: €16.93 per hour

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm / 12:30pm - 8:30pm shifts

A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is relocating to a new facility and requires an experienced receptionist to provide professional front-of-house and telephone support during this busy transition period.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, transferring to the correct departments
• Take accurate and detailed messages
• Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner
• Provide clear and accurate directions to different areas of the facility
• Maintain confidentiality in line with organisational policies
• Ensure a welcoming and professional reception environment

• Proven experience in a high-volume reception or customer service role (e.g. hotel front desk, call centre, banking, healthcare)
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Immediate availability for the full contract period
