Social Care Worker (Multiple Vacancies) – Parkside Services, Co. Waterford. Come and work with one of Ireland's best 150 Employers

Responsibilities
  • Fulfil a key supportive and advocative role for individuals supported by the service.
  • Support the person in all aspects of their life, focusing on the individual's abilities and promoting independence and the development of skills.
  • Assist with practical tasks in daily life, either in the person's home or within a day service setting.
  • Support people who use the service with the development of their individual person-centred plan and achievement of associated outcomes.
  • Help individuals make informed choices, encourage participation in the community, and seek opportunities for new experiences.
Requirements / Qualifications

The role requires bright, ambitious individuals with a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and a commitment to ensuring those supported lead fulfilling lives.
