Role Overview

We are hiring a People Specialist Payroll to join our Global People Services team. In this role, you will ensure seamless payroll and time data feeds to Finance payroll vendors, guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing. You will work on key payroll projects, plan implementation, and operational strategy with internal and external partners. The position requires operational controls, due diligence, proactive stakeholder management, and effective handling of operational KPIs. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, benefits, payroll, and time data feeds for accurate payroll processing and tax reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations for data feed requirements.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and escalations, and communicate legislative changes proactively.
  • Achieve results on payroll KPIs.
  • Lead projects with vendors and internal teams.
  • Drive process improvements and act as a change agent.
  • Support payroll audits and wage surveys with data.
  • Demonstrate analytical and vendor management skills.
  • Collaborate across teams to influence and achieve results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Payroll & HR/operations in an international setting.
  • 5+ years with multi-region payroll systems (SAP or Workday).
  • 2+ years with time tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle operations.
  • Strong operational controls, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Background in commerce or tax.
  • Knowledge of regional pay regulations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a global team.
