Please note, this will be an early shift covering breakfast. • Preparation of our restaurant for breakfast service
• Service of breakfast to our guests to Merrion standard
• Anticipation of the guests\' needs
• Active communication with all members
• Setting of our restaurant for lunch

• Have an excellent knowledge of menu items
• Have an efficient understanding of MICROS
• Display a professional manner at all times to provide the guest with the highest level of service
• Strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability
