What We're Building

For AI builders, Jentic is where AI meets APIs, providing a comprehensive solution to intelligently hook AI agents up to unlimited APIs and workflows, with an emphasis on security and reliability. For regular users, Jentic allows AI agents to be easily created and run, powered by their favourite LLM and Jentic's backend infrastructure. A product manager can design an agent that updates dashboards and notifies the team. A sales rep can create an agent that books meetings or updates CRM records. A software developer can run a Jentic agent on their own infrastructure, or supercharge their existing agents by integrating Jentic.

Your Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you will:

• Build and refine our user-facing applications, translating complex requirements into intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Work directly with the founding team to shape the core vision of Jentic's product.
• Work hands-on on the entire stack, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Keep up with the latest AI technologies, figuring out where they might fit into an AI-native startup.

Please note:

We work in-office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) at our Dublin 2 HQ - we find this supports fast iteration and close collaboration at our stage. Our core hours are 10am to 4pm, with flexibility to start and end your day outside of that window.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an individual who:

• Has 3+ years of development experience, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Has proven experience building applications with React in a real-world environment.
• Possesses a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and understands how they interact with back-end services via REST APIs.
• Has a strong appreciation for good UI/UX principles and knows what makes an interface user-friendly and intuitive.
• Has a passion for solving complex problems.
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and has the flexibility to adapt as the company and team evolve.
• Is excited to be part of a properly-funded, Irish-based startup, led by seasoned and successful entrepreneurs, working with a world-class team, while tackling one of the most critical emerging challenges in the AI space.

Bonus Points

• Experience with frameworks like Next.js or utility-first CSS like TailwindCSS is a significant plus.
• Experience with or an understanding of back-end systems is a plus.
