Job Title: Program Operations Manager (Hybrid – Based in Mayo,)

Are you ready to lead and scale global operations in a high-growth, AI-focused environment? We're seeking a Program Operations Manager with a strong background in contractor management, data operations, and global talent acquisition.

This hybrid role is based in County Mayo and focuses on sourcing, engaging, and overseeing a distributed community of data analysts. You'll drive program excellence through process optimisation, performance oversight, and strategic talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a global talent pipeline for data analysts
  • Lead contractor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, retention
  • Optimise operations and workflows to support high-performance analytics programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, legal, finance, and project teams
  • Oversee quality control and performance management processes

You Bring:

  • 5+ years in program operations, talent acquisition, or contractor management
  • Experience managing remote and hybrid teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and data operations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of vendor systems, procurement workflows, and international compliance

Desirable / not essential:

  • PMP certification or similar
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R
  • Experience scaling contractor programs globally
  • Multilingual capabilities
