Responsibilities
  1. You will work with customers and partners to co-create a vision and strategy for leveraging M365 Copilot to drive productivity, engagement, and other business objectives.
  2. You will incubate novel approaches to help customers define business value, including instrumenting ROI and business case models.
  3. You will leverage Viva, other tools, and storytelling skills to assess and communicate value to business decision-makers and to help Microsoft drive Copilot license growth.
  4. You will contribute to capturing programmatic learnings and designing scaled assets to drive customer impact through other channels, with particular focus on R&D, marketing, and our partner ecosystem.
  5. You will work with your team to navigate ambiguity as customers and Microsoft adapt business models in the age of AI.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in fields such as Data Science, Mathematics, Business, MBA, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fields (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques) OR equivalent experience.
  • Customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.

Nice to have, but not essential:

  • Proficiency in German or French.
