CPL are currently seeking an immediately available Receptionist for their client based in Macroom, Cork. This will be an initial 1 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Details:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate message taking.
  • Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Offer admin support as needed.
