Overview

We are working with a tier-one national firm based in Dublin who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team, specialising in public company (PLC) work. The candidate will engage in a wide range of challenging matters, including public and private M&A, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, and shareholder activism and disputes. The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of listed Irish PLCs and support clients in high-profile corporate transactions within Ireland. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Join a dynamic and experienced team specialising in public company (PLC) work
  • Engage in a wide range of matters including public and private M&A, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, and shareholder activism and disputes
  • Advise a diverse range of listed Irish PLCs and support clients in high-profile corporate transactions within Ireland
  • Contribute to business development and manage client relationships
Qualifications
  • 1-5 PQE
  • Strong background in corporate law and transactions; previous experience in public company work highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding academics
  • Technically excellent
  • Willingness to become involved in business development
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
