Senior Recruitment Consultant at Elevate Partners

Our client, a well regarded investment firm with a focus on real estate finance, is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their growing team.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to build experience across financial analysis, deal execution and investment management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of the Investment Associate Role:

  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis, including financial modelling, valuations, and risk assessments.
  • Manage and monitor existing investments through proactive engagement and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and present concise credit memos and investment insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead transaction execution processes, including due diligence, documentation, and negotiation.

Requirements of the Investment Associate Role:

  • Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in investment or lending, either on the principal or advisory side.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and a drive for continuous learning and development.
