We are looking for kitchen porters to join our team at Kilkea Castle. Reporting to the Head / Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness levels in the kitchens.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
  • Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen is an advantage.
  • Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
