Our role
We currently have a vacancy for a HR Generalist/Business Partner. This is a very exciting role with the opportunity to use broad based HR skills at a senior level while contributing to the development of the firm. The HR Generalist/Business Partner will work within the HR Team and will be responsible for supporting the business objectives of a number of divisions through delivering strategic and operational HR services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your own niche in our fast paced and caring firm.

- You have a degree/masters in HR with additional qualifications in employment law or organisational psychology desirable
- You are a HR Generalist with a minimum of 6 years' HR experience, three of which should be in a generalist role
How you will contribute
- Delivering a first-class HR service in line with departmental and firm business objectives
- Providing operational support in line with the normal employee lifecycle processes such as talent management, annual reward review, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation, benefits and payroll, wellness and mental health support and education (exam and study) support programmes
- In partnering with your business streams, you will build relationships with the senior leaders within the divisions and proactively anticipate issues and needs while providing solutions to address & support strategic initiatives in retention, engagement as well as resource and succession planning
- Working together as a member of the HR team, you will support projects in internal & global mobility, the annual graduate campaign as well as a number of ongoing programmes in development, wellness, diversity, belonging and inclusion, communication, people strategy and recognition
