Elis Pest Control is currently seeking a Pest Control Service Technician for Wexford.

Key Duties
  • Inspection and Assessment: conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify pest problems, determine the extent of infestations, and locate entry points or areas of concern; where required, the development of treatment plans and conduct follow-up inspections.
  • Application of Treatments: application of treatments, baits, traps, or other control measures to eliminate or manage pests.
  • Communication with Clients: liaising with customers regarding treatment plans, actions to be taken, safety precautions, etc. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: maintaining records of services provided via our Elis Pest Control Portal.
  • Compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations: participation in ongoing training and certification programs, including the Elis Pest Control Academy, to stay current with industry best practices, new products, and safety protocols (all costs borne by Elis).
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: no two days are the same in pest control.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills: we need people who enjoy challenges and finding solutions for our customers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset: are you someone who enjoys methods and precision?
  • Reliability and Punctuality: our customers need their technician to show up on time and complete tasks as scheduled.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: you will be dealing with customers daily, so empathy and patience are key.
  • Full clean driving license: a company van will be supplied.
  • Training: while experience is an advantage, full training will be provided with opportunities to progress within the organization.
