Overview

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is currently recruiting for an Information & Helpline Manager (Maternity Cover) for the National Office, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. This is a purpose only contract working 35 hours a week and a hybrid model with two days per week in ASI National Office, Temple Road, Blackrock, Co Dublin. The post reports to the Head of Risk Management, Compliance and Dementia Advisory Services.

This role sits within ASI's Dementia Advisory Services department, supporting ASI's aim to be a leading provider of information and support to people with dementia and their families.

Salary will be commensurate with the care sector and dependent on relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure ASI's Helpline, Mobile Information Service and information resources respond to, and are informed by, the needs of people with dementia and their families.
  • Ensure information is relevant, accurate, accessible and of high quality.
  • Provide leadership within the Dementia Advisory Services team to support information provision and advise on service improvements.
