Our client, a leading agency with global reach, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Sales Negotiator to join their prestigious South Dublin team, specialising in premium and high-value properties. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work with a respected brand and an exceptional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential properties.
  • Source and secure new instructions, identifying and maximising business opportunities.
  • Create bespoke marketing strategies for each property.
  • Negotiate and close sales, representing clients with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth transactions by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local investors.
  • Achieve individual and branch KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
Key Requirements
  • 3–5 years' experience in residential sales, ideally in the luxury or high-value property market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple sales processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of local property markets and trends.
  • Full clean driving licence and valid PSRA licence.
