• Part-Qualified or Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Strong background in financial management and reporting
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and support managers across the business
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Ambition, growth mindset, and the drive to contribute to business performance

• Oversee and support the companies financial and accounting activities
• Produce timely analysis and reports that guide strategic decision-making
• Partner with managers to ensure efficient processes and compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational effectiveness
• Flexibility to take on ad-hoc duties as required
