Role: Senior Revit Technician
Location: Limerick City – WFH Opportunity
Job Type: Permanent - Full time
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Senior Revit Technician experienced in Revit and AutoCAD to join our client's growing team based in Limerick City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect using Revit and AutoCAD to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization in the residential architecture industry.

What's on Offer:
  • €55,000 - €70,000
  • Opportunity for Hybrid or WFH arrangements
Your new role includes:
  • Preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Attending meetings with Clients, Design Teams, Contractors, and other specialists.
  • Co-ordination of Design Team information and liaison throughout all stages of the project.
  • Assisting with ensuring compliance with Clients' brief, current Irish Planning, Building and Health & Safety Regulations as well as other relevant legislation.
  • Visiting site and carrying out site inspections.
Experience you need:
  • Minimum 5 years' Irish Architectural experience is compulsory.
  • RIAI, CIAT or other similar professional body registration is an advantage.
  • Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience working on a range of medium and large scale residential developments.
  • Qualified with a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • Excellent knowledge & experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations.
  • Full Driver's License and access to car is an advantage but not essential.
