Project Type: Long term residential project

Company: Leading Main Contractor

Salary: Up to €50K + Package DOE

Duties:

  • Supervision of materials' compliance
  • General Site Administration work and assisting engineering staff
  • Service connections
  • Office management and administration, procurement and IT support including the use of site apps
  • Ensuring that the company complies with building control legislation, implements a suitable inspection regime on operation
  • Frequent site visits to conduct inspections of ongoing work
  • Preparation of company's certifications
  • Presentations, reports and progress updates to senior management
  • Trialling, selection, negotiation of terms, development and implementation of construction software
