We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Athlone Store.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
  • Communicate with and motivate the team continuously.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
  • Coach the team regularly to review product knowledge, company policies, and brand values.
  • Manage people activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
  • Complete regular reports for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  • Proven people management and team leadership abilities.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Furniture experience is beneficial but not essential.
