This opportunity is on fixed term basis (maternity cover) for a minimum of 6 months.

40 hours per week available, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Crescent Dental Clinic, located in the heart of Dublin, is a well-established dental practice, serving the local community for many years. We are proud to have won practice of the year at the Irish Dentistry Awards 2024.

At Crescent Dental Clinic, we have a fantastic clinical team of 6 clinicians, including a facial pain specialist and a radiologist.

Our vision is simple: we put our patients at the heart of everything we do.

Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

About you:

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

  • Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning.
  • Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
