A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

· Develop a strong understanding of the existing system and application landscape.

· Analyse new business processes and requirements, share findings with the development and test teams.

· Support a quality first environment: Prepare accurate and detailed process and requirements documentation.

· Prepare high level estimates as part of the Demand Evaluation process.

· Complete tasks, reporting status and work assignments in a timely fashion.

· Ensure alignment of expectations between business demands and developed solutions.

· Collaborate with IT colleagues from Architecture, Infrastructure, Onshore and Offshore Development, Test and Desktop Support.

· Liaise with peer system owners to ensure impacts are properly understood, documented, and mitigated against from an up and downstream perspective.

· Support business users through User Acceptance Testing, issue resolution and assist with training concerns.

· Prepare high level estimates as part of the Demand Evaluation process.

· Manage change requests relating to working project plants to meet deadlines.

· Investigate data discrepancies and perform ad-hoc database queries as required.

· Ensure compliance with all organisational, legal and regulatory requirements and standards including SOX compliance and security.

Requirements:

· 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Sciences.

· Knowledge of the full SDLC.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment.

· Experience in Business Process and Data Modelling.

· Relational DB, SQL, SOQL, or other DB query language is a distinct advantage.

· Experience in Application Support and Training

· Self-starter and should showcase intellectual curiosity.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).

· Experience of working with multiple applications/projects in parallel with internal and external stakeholders/third part vendors/development centers across multiple locations.

· Experience in Application Support.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of IT-compliance (SOX) and operational excellence models.

· Project Management experience is also an advantage.
