Are you a strategic QA leader who thrives in fast-paced, enterprise environments? We're hiring for a transformational QA role with a high-profile client in Dublin. The role is about shaping quality strategy, driving alignment, and leading change at scale across multiple delivery streams. This position is a 12 month rolling contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve QA strategy across 5-6 agile squads
  • Define and embed frameworks for test planning and execution
  • Align diverse teams with shared metrics and QA best practices
  • Act as the glue between Product, Engineering, and Delivery
  • Bring structure to a siloed QA environment, fostering collaboration and consistency

Requirements:

  • Experience in large-scale, complex enterprise settings
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholder influence
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices across API, Web & Mobile
  • Demonstrated success in QA transformation and test automation strategy
  • Pragmatic leadership style - collaborative, assertive, and impact-driven
