HR Manager at Priority Construction Ltd.Priority Construction Ltd. are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with 3 days a week based in our Clontarf Office and two days working from home. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR manager across a range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR Manager, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Keep our HRIS up to date, ensuring accurate and compliant employee records.
- Support the recruitment process: update job ad templates with hiring managers, post jobs, review CVs, schedule interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and assist with offer and contract preparation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist with the administration of our CPD and Performance Management programmes.
- Maintain training records and ensure all mandatory training is tracked and up to date
- Prepare contracts and HR documentation for new and existing employees.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with other HR projects and indicatives as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- HR qualification or working towards one.
- HR and/or administrative experience.
- Driving license is a bonus
- Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
