Role

The 4 star Killarney Towers Hotel and Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa are currently recruiting a Commis Chef to join their culinary team, reporting to the Head Chef.

What You'll Do
  • Assisting in the food preparation process.
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
  • Assisting other Chefs.
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
About You
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards essential.
  • Experience working with kitchen equipment.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
  • Fluent English is an advantage.
  • Candidates must have a legal right to work in Ireland.
