AA Euro Group is partnering with a mechanical contractor to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman for a high-profile project in Cork, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to play a key role in delivering a successful mechanical package.

The Role:

  • Site Safety Management: Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Mechanical Manager to maintain high quality standards.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Manage all day-to-day on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractor tasks, tracking project progress, and monitoring manpower levels.
  • Labour Tracking: Submit direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for centralized tracking.
  • Meetings and Coordination: Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering discussions, and handover meetings as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other tasks associated with the role to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • An engineering qualification or a strong trade background in the mechanical field.
  • Proven experience in supervising mechanical installations in construction or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project activities and teams effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
