We are now looking for areliableLinen Porter to join our friendly Housekeeping Department. In this essential role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clean linens and guest supplies to housekeepers on all floors.
• Collect soiled linens from guest rooms and ensure proper sorting and disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory of linens and guest supplies.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of laundry deliveries.
• Keep linen closets and storage areas clean and organised.
• Report any damaged or missing linens to Accommodation Manager.
• May be required to perform light cleaning duties in public areas.
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and professionally to requests.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or fast-paced environment (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
