Experienced Waitstaff

We are looking for Waitstaff to join our team in our new bar The Lansdowne in Terminal 1.

• To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the restaurant and bar.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings, including menus, wines, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the managers high standards of presentation.
• To ensure that the food, restaurant, bar and all Food & Beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To participate in all training.
• To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years' experience
• Flexibility with regards to hours, as late nights are involved
• A good command of the English Language
• Impeccable self-presentation
