Are you a #Dutch speaker looking for an opportunity within the Tech industry?

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for content clarification - calling businesses to ensure the contact details are accurate. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to the clients while making a larger impact on society.

Responsibilities
  1. Make decisions on the course of action needed to ensure correct information is displayed.
  2. Examples of corrective measures will include calling a B2B customer to verify information and conducting additional online research.
  3. Make outbound phone contact with clients in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  4. Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
