About the Role

We're seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with an Audit Director to deliver high-quality assurance and accounting assignments to a diverse portfolio of clients. As a key member of our management team, you'll lead audit projects, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to our continued success.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead Audit Excellence: Deliver diverse, high-quality audit engagements across industries, ensuring compliance and exceptional outcomes.
  2. Inspire and Develop Teams: Mentor and guide junior team members with actionable feedback to foster their professional growth.
  3. Streamline Operations: Manage timelines, resources, billing, and compliance for smooth project execution.
  4. Drive Strategic Impact: Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to the firm's growth and innovation.
  5. Build Client Trust: Strengthen relationships with expert advice on audit planning, risk management, and growth strategies.
  6. Grow the Business: Lead client portfolio development, proactively pitch for new business, and expand firm opportunities. Assist in crafting competitive tenders and fee quotes.
  7. Offer Expert Advice: Lead discussions on audit planning, risk strategies, and consultancy projects with partners.
  8. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments to support and enhance audit services.
  9. Set the Standard: Uphold firm policies, champion compliance, and ensure excellence in all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  2. 5+ years of post-qualification experience in auditing, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Proficiency in Irish GAAP, ISAs (Ireland), and Irish company law.
  4. Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Experience supervising and mentoring trainees or junior professionals.
  7. Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide teams to achieve their best.
  8. Client Focus: Build trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  9. Business Development: Identify opportunities, pitch confidently, and drive growth.
  10. Adaptability: Stay agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
