We are currently recruiting vibrant, passionate individuals for the role of Sales Assistant. Our Sales Assistants possess excellent product knowledge, deliver outstanding customer service, and are passionate about retail. The successful candidate will support our home delivery service by selecting products in-store for online customers, ensuring high standards and expectations are met. This involves using product knowledge to select the freshest, highest-quality products and making appropriate substitutions. Products are then packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition at the customer's home.

Please note: To support the timely delivery of these products, the ideal candidate must be available for a 5:00am start.

Suitable candidates should have experience in a customer-facing environment, be motivated, possess excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators, and have a passion for helping people. As a Sales Assistant, you should be eager to learn and develop, have a desire to succeed, contribute positively to our team environment, and promote our unique brand.
