Are you a visionary leader with a strong technical background in analog design and mixed signal verification? Do you have a passion for innovation and driving competitive solutions in the realm of PHYs, analog sensors and ADCs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and shape our dynamic team as a Senior Analog Design Manager.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  1. Give technical directions and lead the development of competitive solutions in area of PHYs, analog sensors and ADCs
  2. Define and execute the strategic IP Roadmap in close cooperation with Concept Engineer, System Architect and SoC integration teams across a range of technology nodes including FinFET
  3. Have technical and management responsibility for the team: Build, coach and organize your team members, incl. operational people management tasks
  4. Develop and deploy competences and methodologies within Analog Design and Mixed Signal Verification (skills, procedures and tools)
  5. Enable your team for innovation and Intellectual Property generation, particularly in the area of FinFET
  6. Allocate resources on projects: You act as Resource Manager of project team members
  7. Interact with Infineon's organizations in other sites fostering global collaboration as supporting multisite projects
  8. Develop the relationship with local Universities to take advantage of available know-how and attract young talents to the team
Your Profile

You are an experienced leader and communicate clearly and coherently. You treat your team members with trust and respect and encourage them for lasting top performance. With your solution-based mindset you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take thought-out decisions even despite uncertain circumstances. You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Last but not least: You are open for diverse perspectives and possess intercultural sensitivity.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • More than 10 years of professional experience in semiconductor industry thereof at least 3 years in management functions within product development
  • Solid technical background in Mixed Signal Verification & Design
  • Dynamic and energetic with continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in FinFET, project management and PHYs is a plus
  • Fluency in English
