Job Description:

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. Locations for these services are in Roscommon. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

A successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
  • Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
  • Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • Full Clean Manual Driving License
