We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to drive the site's energy and sustainability initiatives through the internal program while providing expert electrical engineering support. This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenance builds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve the energy management program.
  • Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture site-wide.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
  • Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed energy and sustainability practices.
  • Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation.
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, and PM builds.
  • Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.
  • Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management or related field
  • >2 years experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations.
