Job DescriptionAlliance Medical is seeking a Mammography Clinical Specialist to establish and oversee the new department protocols for Mammography, ensuring radiation safety governance, and training staff. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team, including radiologists, healthcare assistants, consultants, and nurses, with opportunities to develop skills across other modalities in the Diagnostic Imaging Department after the initial setup period.
The post requires maintaining professional competence across different areas of the Radiology department, with rotations through various sections.
Key Requirements- CORU Registration
- Ability to lead and guide a team
- 4+ Years Experience in Mammography in a large hospital setting
- Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography
- Flexibility & Adaptability
- Commitment to quality and safety
- High clinical and technical skills
