Space Planner

SETU is seeking a dynamic and experienced lead to spearhead the efficient use of space across the non-residential estate of the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis and interpretation of space-related data across the university.

• Collaborate with the Estates team, academic departments, IT and institutional research teams to ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of space-related data.
• Maintain the data repository, keep it up to date, and monitor changes to the estate that impact the data.
• Innovate and improve the overall capability for reporting on and managing space.
• Lead and coordinate activities to ensure space data supports decision making and estate planning.

Hours of Work: The appointee will be required to work not less than 39 hours per week together with such additional hours as may be required for the proper discharge of duties.

Salary: Administrative Officer - Grade 7: €60,011 - €78,016

Annual Leave: 29 days annual leave. Annual Leave will be in accordance with arrangements authorised by the Minister from time to time.
