Associate Growth Recruitment Executive | Access Healthcare
We are currently looking for a driven professional to join our team as a Business Developer. Here, we hire talented B2B sales professionals from all industries, and give them the structure, support, and clarity they need to actually progress. No waiting games. No favouritism. What We Offer- Promotions every 6–9 months based on clear and transparent KPIs
- Average Year 2: €66K+ (top performers earn beyond this)
- Promotions and salary increases at every step with added responsibilities
- Account Management typically within 12–18 months
- Team Lead roles typically reached within 2–3 years (faster for top performers)
- Direct mentorship from high-performing managers
- Structured onboarding training with clear weekly targets
- Weekly 1-on-1s to track progress and adjust strategies
- Performance-driven environment with a team-first mindset
- Long-term career paths into Account Management and Leadership
- Strong professional track record: tenure, promotion history, or consistent performance. Preferably in B2B sales.
- Ambition to perform at a high level and grow career and income based on merit.
- Stamp 4 or EU citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Average Year 2: €66K+
- Experience in B2B sales or related fields with a track record of growth
- Ambition and ability to deliver results in a merit-based environment
- Citizenship/visa status as specified (Stamp 4 or EU)
