Job Objectives

The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker involves providing care to our service users. We support your development in delivering high-quality care, maintaining professional relationships with team members and service users.

Our goal is to help people reach their full potential and lead meaningful lives through our support services.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with their daily plans
  • Supporting individuals in the community
  • Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
  • Supporting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
  • Working shifts 24/7
Skills Requirements
  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
  • Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
  • Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
  • Full driver's licence or in the process of obtaining one
