  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
  • Maintain pharmacy presentation standards
  • Attain maximum store audit scores
Financial Management
  • Support store management in achieving financial targets
  • Manage store overheads, expenses, and profits
  • Achieve minimum stock holding and maximize discounts
Staff Management / Performance
  • Lead by positive example and support team cooperation
  • Support the retail supervisor and sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate professionally and openly with team members
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience in people management
